Challenging the patta issued by the 2nd respondent in reference No. 2024/0153/10/001866TR dated 11.05.2024 and also for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to mutate any revenue records in respect of the property of the petitioner situated in Old SF No.49/A, Ward No.14, TS No.28 and 29 at Veerapandi Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District, till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.482 of 2022 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Gobichettipalayam, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 2/4

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that during the pendency of the suit, revenue records will not be mutated.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
