This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court i.e. learned II Additional Special Judge (EC and NDPS) Act, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3762 of 2023 on 27.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly till today.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Trial Court i.e. learned II Additional Special Judge (EC and NDPS) Act, Chennai on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
