This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 168 days in re-presenting O.P.D.No.7793 of 2022.

2.In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that after the papers had been returned, necessary instructions had to be given to the counsel and in the midst of all that there has been a delay. The delay is condoned. This Application is allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to proceed further to number the Original Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
