This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction would submit that it is the case of matrimonial dispute between husband and wife.
3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police.

4. Such view of the matter, this Court cannot issue any blanket direction. However, if it is found to be civil dispute, the respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.
