O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 22.06.2020, wherein the petitioner has requested the respondent to issue Taluk FMB Sketch and Village FMB Sketch.

2. Heard Mr. B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mani Gopi, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has made a representation to the 1st respondent on 22.06.2020 seeking for the Taluk FMB Sketch and Village FMB Sketch. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent on 24.08.2020. The 1st respondent, by his letter dated 26.08.2020, has directed the 2nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 22.06.2020 and take necessary action strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent along with a copy of the representation dated 22.06.2020 and a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
