Crl.M.P.No.6954 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7557 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN , J This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition as imposed para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.7557 of 2023 in the order dated 19.04.2023 in Spl.S.C.No.159 of 2022 in Crime No.393 of 2021 that the petitioner shall stay at Thiruvannamalai and report before the Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and do not cause any disturbance to the victim girl.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in the order dated 19.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
