2. The suit is at the stage of examination of PW1. The plaintiff states that the additional documents are bank statements and that these documents are material for purposes of establishing that the consideration specified in the agreement dated 16.06.2014 was paid. The second defendant has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Upon examining the affidavit in support of this application and being satisfied that reasonable cause is shown, this application is allowed.

4. On account of this application being filed, the schedule fixed on 12.04.2022 for recording evidence requires revision. After ascertaining the availability of witnesses and convenience of the counsel, the following revised schedule is fixed:

5. The proof affidavit of DW1 shall be served on learned counsel for the plaintiff at least one day prior to the commencement of examination of DW1.
