ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner feels aggrieved by the order dated 06.07.2018 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Erode. The petitioner is permitted to submit a revision petition against the said order before the District Revenue Officer, Erode. If the revision petition is filed within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be entertained without reference to limitation.

3. The District Revenue Officer, Erode, shall dispose of the petitioner's revision petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Before disposing of the revision petition, all the interested parties shall be put on notice.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
