The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai, to dispose of the application in O.A.No.310 of 2019 within a period that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Without going into the merits of the case and considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners to dispose of the application pending before the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai in O.A.No.310 of 2019, this Court is inclined to grant the relief. Accordingly, the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the application in O.A.No.310 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
