(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 661 days in filing the above Review Petition.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 661 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed subject to the payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) payable to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
