ORDER

2. The impugned order has been challenged on the ground that it runs counter to the direction given by a Division Bench of this Court in WP No.27346 of 2023.

3. The petition was listed for admission yesterday. We indicated to learned Additional Government Pleader that the impugned order is contemptuous on the very face of it. Learned Additional Government Pleader fairly informed that he would undo the mistake.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted that the impugned order has been recalled and community certificate has been issued in favour of the writ petitioner. The petitioner's grievance, therefore, no longer survives.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.15303 of 2024 is closed. (G.R.S., J.)
