ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.04.2022 for the promotion to the post of Checking Inspector.

2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that originally, the petitioner has been appointed as Conductor in the year 1992 on daily wage at Salem Region No.II, Hosur Depot in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation and he was regularized on 24.08.1993. For the past 27 years, the petitioner has been working as Conductor and not promoted to the post of Checking Inspector. In this regard, the petitioner has given representation, dated 13.04.2022, however, the same has not been considered.

3.Considering the limited relief as sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Page No.2 of 4

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
