C O M M O N O R D E R The present criminal original petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to investigate into complaints in FIR No.88 of 2015 and to file a Final Report now pending on the file of EOW II and subsequently direct them to furnish the assets belonging to the second respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner submitted that he has preferred a complaint before the first respondent police against one M/s.India Track, rep by its Proprietrix Mrs.R.V.Narmadha. Though Crime No. 88 of 2015 has been assigned on his complaint, till date no action has been taken.

3. When the matter was taken for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already this Court has given a direction to investigate the complaint and file a Final Report in Crime No.88 of 2015 in Crl.OP.Nos.28328,28293 and 28294 of 2015 on 27.11.2015.

4. Since already there is an order dated 27.11.2015 in Crl.OP.Nos.28328,28293 and 28294 of 2015 there is no need to give specific direction in this petition. However, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.88 of 2015 and file a Final Report as early as possible.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
