O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10448 of 2020 dated 13.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to their illness, the petitioners were unable to execute the sureties. Hence, they seek for extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submissions made by the petitioners, two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. 4.

Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
