2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted than an enquiry has already been initiated and that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri will pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3. I direct the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri, though is not impleaded as a party respondent in the writ petition, to pass final order in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All the interested parties will be put on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
