The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Rc.No.G1/26003/15, dated 30.10.2015 pending on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that FIR has been registered in Rc.No.G1/26003/15, dated 30.10.2015. Therefore, the prayer that has been made in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the present criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
