PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to return the original 10th, 11th and 12th mark sheets, original transfer certificate and other original documents of the petitioner's daughter - B.Sangavi, which were submitted at the time of admission to the 2nd respondent college by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.5.2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned 1/3
Government Advocate accepting notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner's daughter - Minor B.Sanghavi joined nursing course in the second respondent College. She does not want to continue the course. Now, the petitioner wants the original documents back. Contending that the second respondent is declining to part with the same, the above writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner, even without approaching the second respondent College, has filed this writ petition. Be that as it may, it is further submitted that the petitioner, along with her daughter, can appear before the second respondent on any day and collect the petition mentioned documents.
4. Recording the stand of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
