For Petitioner : Mr.K.Myilsamy ****** O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition is filed for disposing I.A.No.480 of 2019 in O.S.No.2262 of 2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.2262 of 2019 seeking the relief of permanent injunction

restraining the respondent, his men, agents or any one not to disturb the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property until evicted by due process of law.

3. I.A.No.480 of 2019 was also filed seeking temporary injunction till the disposal of the suit. This I.A. is kept pending without any enquiry. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

4. The petitioner claims to be a tenant under the respondent. The respondent is frequently trying to evict the petitioner by exercising force and by influencing the police.

5. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the learned II Additional District Munsif Judge, Puducherry is directed to dispose of I.A.No.480 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two(02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is Ordered. No costs. 31.08.2021
