properties situated at Mandhikulampatti Village, Sikkalur Post, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District comprised in Old Survey No.91/1 New Survey No 299/8 based on the petitioner representation dated 20.04.2024.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the correction made during the UDR scheme. The competent authority to address the petitioner's grievance is the District Revenue Officer, Dharmapuri. The petitioner has already filed an appeal before the said authority on 20.04.2024. Therefore, the second respondent/District Revenue Officer, Dharmapuri is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the interested

parties shall be put on notice before passing the final order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
