Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of ten years RI u/s 450 read with 149 of IPC and ten years RI u/s 395 read with 397 of IPC passed in S.C.No.13 of 2011 on the file of the 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore vide Judgment dated 06.03.2020 and enlarging them on bail pending disposal of the main CRL.A.NO.381 of 2020 on the file of this Hon'ble court.
