O R D E R

Placing reliance upon the Sale Deed said to have been obtained in Document No.9040 of 2008 on the file of the SRO, Sriperumbudur, for the property situated in door No.56, Katrambakkam Village, Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram District, which is a house property, the petitioner sought for patta in his representation dated 22.05.2012. As the said representation has not been considered, this Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the request made for issuance of patta, a direction is issued to the respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As the representation is said to have been given three years back, the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the said representation within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order enclosing the order passed.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
