O R D E R

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to defer further proceedings in M.P.No.26 of 2015 till the disposal of the Revision petition filed on 14.06.2017 pending before the 1st respondent.

3. Mr.V.Srikanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a stay petition in the revision filed before the 1st respondent, however, the 1st respondent has not passed any orders so far.

4.Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's stay petition and pass orders, in accordance with law.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's stay petition filed in the revision, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
