This revision seeks a direction to learned District Judge, Uthagamandalam/Tribunal notified under Section 7 of the Jenmam Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1969, to dispose of C.M.A.No.22 of 2008 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings informs that the case has been adjourned on several occasions at the stage of arguments. In the circumstances, this Court directs the learned District Judge, Uthagamandalam/Tribunal notified under Section 7 of the Jenmam Estates

(Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1969, to dispose of C.M.A.No.22 of 2008, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
