This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the F.I.R registered in Crime No.47 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 as against the petitioner, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent-Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. Based on the complaint given by the second respondent herein, the first respondent-Police registered a case in Crime No.47 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 against the petitioner herein and other accused. The petitioner herein had already filed a criminal original petition in Crl.O.P.No.8832 of 2024 to call for the records of S.T.C.No.70 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai and to quash the same as against the petitioner herein who is the first accused. This Court had quashed the second

respondent's complaint vide order dated 04.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8832 of 2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
