ORDER

The petitioners / A2 and A3, have filed this petition seeking to call for the records of FIR in Crime No.37 of 2025, pending investigation on the file of the respondent-Police.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute involved in this case, is civil in nature. There was sale agreement entered into between the parties and a suit is also filed in O.S.No.5256 of 2024 by the de-facto complainant, showing one M.Dhanalakshmi as first defendant and Mrs.Clara Selvaraj, wife of Selvaraj, as second defendant. The second respondent (Mohan) has filed a complaint dated 26.01.2025 in FIR.No.37 of 2025.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. On a reading of the FIR, it is clear that prima-facie allegations are made out between the parties. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR.

5. The first respondent-Police is directed to expedite the investigation and file charge-sheet before the appropriate Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2 / 4

6. With the above direction, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, Crl.M.P.No.11450 of 2025 is closed.
