The reason assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the Condone Delay Petition is that owing to the pandemic onset, they were unable to appear before this Court, when the writ petition came to be dismissed.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is in illegal occupation of the quarters, therefore, objected to it. Such objection he raised when the main writ petition was taken up for arguments.

3. However, since I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the Condone Delay Petition, the delay stands condoned and the WMP. is ordered accordingly. 02.11.2022 Note:
