3.Heard Mr.M.Silambarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

4.Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the concerned jurisdictional police.
