ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking fixation of a time frame for filing the final report in FIR No.6 of 2024 on the file of the Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, in terms of the earlier direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27704 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the investigation is at the final stage, and one of the accused persons had recently been secured while another had passed away. He further seeks a period of two weeks to file the final report.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of, granting two weeks' time to the respondent police to file the final report before the competent Court. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted.
