This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondent to revoke the suspension order dated 20.12.2022 passed by the 2nd Respondent College and allow the petitioner to complete the MBBS course at the 2nd Respondents college.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
