ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 13.06.2022 in Rc.No.236/2019/PA3 of the second respondent and proceedings dated 13.06.2022 in Na.Ka.No.8417/2021/A1 of the third respondent, thereby suspended the petitioner from service. 2.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while pending the writ petition, the order of suspension was canceled and subsequently, the petitioner was suspended from service in another proceedings. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the subsequent suspension order, if so advised, in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
