Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents, their men and subordinates from interfering with the lawful day to day affairs of the

petitioner's club in any manner without any reasonable cause or notice or opportunity of being heard in the premises at No.2/770, B1, B2, Tiruppur Road, Thekkupalayam Pirivu, Naranapuram Post, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District, by considering petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2023.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful running of the club under the name and style of "The Red Diamond Club" situated at No.2/770, B1, B2, Tiruppur Road, Thekkupalayam Pirivu, Naranapuram Post, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The respondents police cannot interfere with the regular functioning of the petitioner's club. If the petitioner conduct any betting

or games involving chances in the Club, it is always open to the third respondent to register a criminal case against the petitioner and take action as per law.

4. With the aforesaid liberty to the third respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
