Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to G.O.Ms.No.32, Planning, Development and Special Initiatives (S1) Department, dated 17.04.2018 on the file fo the 1st respondent and the notice dated 24.07.2018, issued to the petitioner on the file fo the 2nd respondent and quash the same and subsequently, forbearing the respondents from in any way interfering with the petitioners' peaceful possession of lands in Survey No.317/128A, Kottivakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, except in accordance with law.
