PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents, their subordinates and men not to harass the petitioner, his men, servants, agents and customers, coming to the business places of the petitioner's bakery run under the name and style of M/s.Geetha Bakery its outlets situated at (i) Opp : G.H., Trichy Road, Palladam (ii)No.5/76, Kamanaikenpalayam, Palladam (iii) 123/1A, Ramasamy Kovil Pirivu, S.Avinasipalayam, Pongalur Block, Tiruppur (iV) 4/257, S.N.Puram, Kalampalayam, Pongalur Block, Tiruppur (v) 178A/1F, Karnampettai, Palladam (vi) 2/387C, Kalaivelampatty, Palladam and (vii) 3/598, Trichy Main Road, Madhapur, Palladam.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful running of his bakery under the name and style of M/s.Geetha Bakery situated at various places.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The respondents police cannot interfere with the regular functioning of the petitioner's business. If the petitioner indulges in any unlawful activity by selling tobacco products, it is always open to the fourth and fifth respondents to register a criminal case against the petitioner and take action as per law.
4. With the aforesaid liberty to the fourth and fifth respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
