(Order of the Court is made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.) In the instant petition, the petitioner questions the auction sale notice dated 09-10-2014.

During the pendency, the petitioner has complied with the order dated 07-11-2014 in I.A.No.978 of 2014 in AIR (S) No.575 of 2014 passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, by depositing a sum of Rs.1,00,10,000/- before 31-12-2014 As such, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, at this stage. The petitioner is at liberty to proceed with the appeal before the appellate authority.
In view of the foregoing, the writ petition has become infructuous and it is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
