(CRIME NO.1003/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition no (d) that the petitioner on his release from prison, shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pollachi, on all the working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in the order dated 21.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12699/2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.R.ARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 21.08.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 21.08.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30a.m..
