(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conference". 2.This petition has been filed by the sister of the convict seeking 30 days leave for the purpose of staying with his ailing mother of the victim.

3.Heard the parties and perused the materials on record. It is seen from the records that a certificate issued by the Hospital dated 08.08.2020 has been filed before this Court. It is evident from the report of the probation officer that the convict came out only in the month of March 2020 and availed 21 days leave. Moreover, the convict's mother is only taking treatment as out-patient and it is evident from the Officer's report and she is being taken care by her relatives. 4.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
