Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. KALIRAJAN, Advocate for Mr. VISWANATHAN S.B. Advocate the petitioner the court made the following order:- This application has been filed seeking stay on all further proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment dated 31.01.2019 made in A.S.No. 66 of 2017.
2. As per the judgment and decree, the suit filed by the plaintiff seeking declaration of title and recovery of possession has been dismissed. Hence, there is nothing to be stayed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
