ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.no.7803 of 2025 dated 18.3.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
