(CR.NO.13 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5077 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25811 of 2011 dated 18.04.2022 in Cr.NO.13 of 2021 on the file of Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Nagapattinam District and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.K.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl.

Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5077 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25811 of 2022 on 18.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
