Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Declaration, declaring the Public Notice for Approval Process 2018-19 issued by the 1st respondent in Advt. No.Approval /12(03)/2017 to be unconstitutional and ultra vires the University Grants Commission Act and consequently declare the same to be inapplicable to the petitioner University.
