ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition challenging the order passed by the first respondent in Election Petition 1972/2014, dated 03.11.2014.

2. Since the petitioner has got remedy under section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 to challenge the impugned order by way of revision, the petitioner should have filed revision instead of filing writ petition before this court. Since alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable and liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 03.11.2014 under section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
