The petitioner made two representations dated 07.08.2015 and 14.08.2015 to the respondent, wherein, he has stated that he has paid the first instalment amount for 100 MT, but, he could not finish the delivery, therefore, he sought further time to take delivery of balance materials without ground rent. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pending representations would be considered within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
