Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.697 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent polcie on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and pass such further or other order as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this Honble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIJAYA RAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.697 of 2022 on 12.01.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
