This application has been filed to amend the petition and order copy as, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC instead of 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.11638 of 2022 order dated 06.06.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.11638 of 2022, dated 06.06.2022 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 12.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
