The petitioner made a complaint to the first respondent to alter the approval plan, which according to them are affecting the usage of pathway of the residences in the locality. Seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

adjudication of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. 3.Taking into consideration of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to give another copy of the said representation along with the copy of this order to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter after due notice to the parties concerned, if so required. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
