ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned District Judge (Sessions) Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District in Crl.MP.No.418/2026 in Crl.MP.NO.143/2026 dated 04.02.2026.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioners are alleged to have abused the de facto complainant with filthy language, assaulted him and threatened with dire consequences. Hence, a case has been registered. Subsequently, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishagiri in Crl.M.P.No.143 of 2026 dated 09.07.2026 with certain conditions.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this is a case and case in counter. To avoid subsequent entanglement with the complainant, the petitioners wanted to modify the bail condition and filed a modification petition in Crl.MP.No.418 of 226 seeking to sign before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, whereas, the learned Principal Sessions judge, Krishnagiri has dismissed the petition. He would further submit that the condition imposed against the counter party was now relaxed and hence, the petitioners are now

willing to sign before the concerned Court.

4. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are directed to sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m for a period of two weeks.
