This petition has been filed to quash the final report in C.C.No.700 of 2010, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, at Villupuram.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has given the change of vakalat to the party. 3.

Be that as it may, the final report in this case, was filed in the year 2010 and this quash application was filed in the year 2011, through Advocate, Mr.Veerakathiravan. Thereafter, Advocates, Mr.P.Rathnavel and Mr.C.Mariappan, have entered appearance and from 2011 to 2015, the matter has been kept pending. is taken up for final disposal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given the change of vakalat. 4.

Learned counsel for the defacto complainant submitted that the trial has been commenced and four witnesses have been examined. 5.

In such circumstances, this is not a fit case to quash the final report. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, at Villupuram, is directed to dispose of the final report in C.C.No.700 of 2010, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
