PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in Crime No.17 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent Police and quash the same. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records in Crime No.17 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent Police and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report is filed in Spl.S.C.No.102 of 2023, on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Chennai.
3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation has been completed and the final report is filed, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent Police.
