( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the Fifth day of August Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.7439 of 2021 IN CRL OP.16351/2020 SIVA [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, UTHANGARAI POLICE STATION, KRISHNAGIRI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.1413/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the Anticipatory Bail Condition imposed (i.e) the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st Monday of every month, until further orders in Crl.MP.No.5152/2021 in Crl.OP.No.16351 of 2020 dated 23.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.THIRUVENGADAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 5(c) of the order dated 23.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16351 of 2020.

2. This Court, vide order dated 23.04.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every monday, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 23.04.2021 stand unaltered.
