Crl.M.P.No.6962 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7240 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7240 of 2023 dated 10.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7240 of 2023 dated 10.04.2023, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
